PREMIUM VIOLET ICE CREAM

Ingredients
• 600g Full cream milk
• 400g Cream
• 70g Violet sugar
• 50g Dextrose
• 10g Glycerine
• 100g Procrema
• 50g violet paste

Preparation:
Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately. Beat together with an electric mixer until fully combined. Allow the mixture to stand at 4°C for a minimum of 2 hours. Mix in the Sosa H2 batch freezer for 12 mins. Store at 18°C.
